For us, ICT isn’t just a profession; it’s a way of life and something we all enjoy. The most rewarding part of our job is seeing the work we do making a real difference. Our flexibility enables us to offer tailor-made, cost effective solutions to New Zealand businesses and some of it’s largest schools, yet at the same time we effectively support some of the smallest too. Our most distant customer is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, proving that distance isn’t a barrier to quality support.

Dell – leaders in server, desktop and laptop hardware, RM Education – the UK’s leading supplier of Technology based teaching aids, Ruckus – leaders in the wireless space and Apple – that designs, develops and sells consumer electronics, computer software & personal computers. Our helpdesk system enables customers to submit requests and receive updates on job progression in a way that suits them, while ensuring no job gets forgotten.

‘When you have invested 8 months of time and money in staff professional development and curriculum design, to implement a new pedagogical approach to learning with students bringing their own wireless devices…. When you have asked parents and Families to make an $800 investment in a device to work on your schools network, it had all better work!!!! And it did!!!
From day one 2012, 320 students in year 9 brought their own internet capable wireless device to school. Added to this load were the 200 odd other students at other levels who were bringing devices (numbers which have now sky rocketed) and on day one thanks to Ruckus Wireless and Isometric Solutions who made it all work, students could come and log on and just get on with it . . . . . No hassle, no tweaking it just’ worked. . . . .
